Updates to our current product shipping times due to Covid19.

UPDATE June 9th 2020: Based on New York State’s Covid-related closures and reopening mandates, we now have a limited staff back in the studio!  Thank you to all of our clients and friends, for the messages of concern during this unprecedented time, and for all of your patience during the weeks we were not permitted in the studio. 

We are currently working through the orders placed during the nearly 3 month shut-down and shipping items daily as we complete them. They’re going out in the order the purchases were made, and we will send emails with tracking as soon as your items ship.  If you have any further questions, please EMAIL US at any time and we can get you a more specific update.

For any new orders, shipping may still be slightly delayed until our various vendors have fully caught up from the shut-downs, so please extend a little extra patience on any orders in the meantime. We thank you again for all of your patience and hope you and yours are all safe and well.

In this challenging time, people’s safety is our number one concern. This means many of our team must stay home. While a few of us are monitoring emails and orders, state mandated closures may mean longer than expected wait times for purchases.

The listing below will give you an estimate of which items are shipping and which may take a little longer.

We expect the following items to ship very close to the scheduled time on the item page, but note that these may take a little longer than normal:

Any products not listed above will likely be temporarily delayed. You can still place orders, but just know that the delivery wait time will be longer than expected and may need to wait until local mandates are lifted.

As soon as we’re back at capacity, we’ll process shipments in the order they were placed. We greatly appreciate your patience.
