UPDATED! Payment Plans Available for Select Items

UPDATE – May 2021 – we’ve added the payment plan option to several new items. See below for which!

We’re excited to offer Partial.ly payment plans to our customers. On select items, buyers can now choose the Partial.ly option during checkout, which allows you to pay in monthly installments. This option is currently live. If a product is eligible payment plan, you’ll find a Partial.ly logo on the product page.

You can find the currently eligible items below and we plan to expand this convenient buying option to additional items in the future so please check back soon for more.

For any payment plan purchase, a deposit will be charged at the time of checkout, followed by payments in the subsequent months until the item is paid in full. 

For example, a 3 payment plan would begin with a 1/3rd deposit during checkout, followed by roughly equal charges placed one month later and then again one month after that.  

Some plans may also have customer-adjustable down payment and number-of-payments options, giving you even more flexibility in how you bring home our creations!

IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT THE PARTIAL.LY PAYMENT PLAN

• Regal Robot uses Partial.ly to offer payment plans to our customers.
• Payment plans are only available on select items. If a Partial.ly payment plan is available for an item, you’ll find that noted on the product page and in the cart during checkout.
• During checkout, you will be signed up for a free Partial.ly account (or sign in if you already have one) in order to take advantage of this payment plan.
• Payment plan eligible items must be purchased in their own transaction. You can purchase multiple payment plan eligible items in one cart, however, our system requires any non-payment plan items be purchased separately.
• There is a non-refundable 2.5% Partial.ly processing charge applied to any payment plan order. This small fee is the only cost of taking advantage of this payment plan. We do not charge any interest on the payments (other than any potential interest your credit card may charge).
• A deposit is required at time of checkout, followed by approximately equal payments each subsequent month. Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method used when placing the order.
• At this time, Partial.ly payment plans securely accept Credit Cards and ACH payments.
• Once the final payment (including any fees, taxes or shipping/handling costs) has been made, your item will move into production and ship according to the estimated shipping time listed on the product page.
• What if I miss a payment? Contact us within 7 days if you have missed a payment to coordinate getting your account up to date. Late fees of 2.5% of the balance or $20 (whichever is greater) will apply. Partial.ly payment plans are contractual obligations. If your account remains overdue for 14 days, you will forfeit any money paid and also forfeit the item.
• We reserve the right to deny use of payment plans at our discretion.
• Can I cancel a payment plan?  No, all sales are final and by entering a payment plan you are making a commitment with Regal Robot and Partial.ly and plans are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable. Should Regal Robot, at our discretion, make an exception and allow a cancellation, customers will lose the 2.5% non-refundable processing charge and a minimum cancellation fee of 20% of the item’s cost will apply.
• Can I pay early?  Yes. Payments can be made early and you access controls to do so by logging into your Partial.ly account. An additional payment will proportionally lower your remaining payments. Note that depending on production schedules, paying early may not accelerate the timing of delivery. 
• Can I set up a payment plan by phone or mail? We’re sorry but right now, our Partial.ly payment plans are only available when you order via our website.
